The festival will be held at the San Antonio Food Bank headquarters on Friday, June 28, 2024. Chef Asantewaa, along with a diverse group of chefs and artists, will create food and artwork specifically for the event, demonstrating how various parts of fruits and vegetables can be used in the cooking process to minimize waste. This initiative not only promotes sustainability but also educates attendees on innovative culinary techniques.
