Tegiri with peanut butter

South Sudanese cook tegiri in two methods. One way utilizes peanut butter and the other method involves chitlins or chitterlings (beef intestines). Today I present a recipe for cooking Tegiri with peanut butter. It is a simple recipe. In fact, there are only three ingredients. This meal is best is best eaten with Asida, or with white sweet potatoes, which balances out the bitterness.
