Boiled Peanuts Snack
Boiled peanuts is a very easy, nutritious and delicious snack to make. It can be eaten at all times of the day, and goes nicely with South Sudanese hot tea or any other beverage of your choosing. Raw peanuts are washed, then boiled in water with salt for 45 minutes. Drain water. For extra crunch, dehydrate the moisture by roasting boiled peanuts in an oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve.
